Our June 23 President’s Cruise in the Caribbean aboard Celebrity Beyond is only weeks away. From room stewards to chefs, officers to bartenders, we’re proud to say our crew is the best at sea. Our crew members are the heart and soul of the service you know and love, and they’re committed every day to make your next vacation with us your best vacation. Thanks to your feedback, we’re excited to introduce our new crew member feature, where you’ll get to know the people behind the smiles on board our ships.

This month, meet Celebrity Constellation’s Guest Relations Officer Yael Gonzalez Hernandez. Yael is an exceptional employee who always provides excellent service and pays close attention to our guests needs. He’s dedicated to helping in any way possible, and his efforts have not gone unnoticed, with both guests and fellow crew members reaching out to us to rave about his dedication. Recently, a guest emailed us to express their gratitude for his personalized assistance. He also went above and beyond when a passenger had to disembark in Cartagena due to a medical issue. Yael made sure they reached home safely, going above and beyond by calling them 12 hours after they disembarked.

Yael has a huge heart and demonstrates his compassion towards fellow crew members and everyone he meets, and we’re so fortunate to have him on our team. Next time you’re on board Celebrity Constellation, stop by and say hello to Yael. He’ll be thrilled to meet you.
